Senior hunger is on the rise. Nationally, more than 2.5 million seniors in the U.S. are at risk for hunger each day.
You can help. The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is always accepting donations. It's also hold its 3rd annual bowl-a-thon to strike out hunger.
That's Saturday afternoon at Spare Time in Colchester, Vt.
Teams of 4 raise $400 each. That money goes a long way, feeding more than 80 seniors in need in the Champlain Valley.
