A woman in Connecticut has been charged in a bank robbery that happened last September at Union Bank in Hardwick, Vt.
Police say they met with authorities down in Connecticut on February 5 to discuss similarities in five bank robberies in Connecticut with the Union Bank robbery. The next day, they met with the suspect, 29-year-old Susan Braig, where they were told information about the Union Bank robbery.
Braig is accused presenting the teller a note demanding money and advising she had a weapon. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, Braig fled the bank on foot and proceeded east on Route 15.
