Brief description of duties & responsibilities:

1. Direct overall promotion and marketing effort of TV stations and digital properties located in 2 markets in Vermont.
   
   
2. Through knowledge of television production, and attendant promotion, and particularly on-air.
   
   
3. Possess ability to manage staff in a fast paced environment.
   
   
4. Heavy emphasis on experience centered on news promotion and related content in stations' newscasts, network, syndicated programming and digital operations.
   
   
5. Candidate must be able to develop long term strategy of branding for properties and related support that underscores the stations' image and mission in the market.
   
   
6. Knowledge of Adobe and other creative software extremely helpful.
   
   
7. Work in parallel with news and sales in developing a cohesive message.
   
   

Work experience and education required for position:

1. College Degree
2. Significant experience in television creative environment
