CONCORD, N.H. -

The New Hampshire House is expected to vote on a marijuana decriminalization bill this week.

The bill, HB621, says anyone 18 years or older who possesses less than 1 ounce of marijuana should be subject to a fine of up to $100.

Anyone who is under the age of 18 and is found to be in possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana could be required to participate in a drug awareness program.

The bill, first introduced in January, was sponsored by Kyle Tasker (R-Rockingham).
