ST. ALBANS, Vt. -
Vermont State Police say during a early Saturday morning chases 18 year old Aaron Picard of St. Albans crashed his car into an apartment at Four Winds senior living center.
The unit is home to Mae Manning, and the car struck the wall right outside her bedroom around 2 AM. Luckily Manning was sleeping in the bed in her living room and was unharmed.
Picard is charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Careless and Negligent Operation, Attempting to Elude, Excessive Speed. He was cited appear in Franklin County District Court on April 15 at 1:00pm
