Two Men Are Accused of Stealing From the Bolton Valley Resort Thursday

BOLTON, Vt. -

Two men are accused of stealing from the Bolton Valley Resort Thursday.

Police say Kyle Lesage, 22, of Waterbury, Vt., and Joseph Woodruff, 22, of Hinesburg, Vt.,  are accused of stealing multiple snowboard equipment and a camera belonging to the resort were stolen.

Lesage is a member of the Bolton Valley staff and may have been involved. Police say after they searched his vehicle they found of the items. Prior to the search, police say, Woodruff moved some of the stolen items to a random pickup truck that was parked in the lot and hid them in the truck bed. Police have located those items.

Both Woodruff and Lesage were charged with possessing stolen property, a crime that is punishable the same as that of stealing the property.

 Lesage was flash cited to appear in court on Monday. Woodruff was cited for April 23.
