BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Authorities raided a home located at 69 Spring Street in Burlington, Vt. Friday morning.
According to Burlington Police Chief Mike Schirling, authorities have seized sizeable quantities of heroin, crack and powder cocaine. They've also seized a gun and an unknown amount of cash.
A total of four people have been arrested. They are 40-year-old Victor Allen and
41-year-old Maria Twitty. The other two haven't been identified.
The home is located approximately 50 feet from the H.O. Wheeler School. Schirling says students were not at the school when the search warrant was executed Friday morning. School officials were notified and an officer was at the school during the warrant execution.
Police say the school is not in lockdown and the scene has been secured.
A number of agencies are at the scene, including Burlington PD, state police, the FBI, ATF & U.S. Marshals.
FOX44 and ABC22 has a photographer on scene and will provide updates when they become available.
