BURLINGTON, Vt. -
We're just days away until the University of Vermont Catamounts take on the Albany Danes. The two teams are going head to head in the American East Tournament.
The University of Vermont is gearing up to host the thousands of spectators Saturday.
Playoff sales for season ticket holders are already underway. Tickets go on sale for students at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the UVM Athletic Ticket Office.
The school expects the 3,200 seats to be sold out.
"Just the response we've gotten in terms of tickets, really tells us how excited people are for the game, it doesn't happen all that often so we are certainly thrilled to once again be hosting a championship game," Dr. Robert Corran, Vermont Director of Athletics, said.
The Catamounts are hard at work preparing for Saturday's big game. Tip off is at 11:30 a.m.
