BURLINGTON, Vt. -
A Burlington, Vt. man with a laundry list of priors is in trouble once again.
Police say 31-year-old Daniel Matis faces aggravated assault after turning violent Sunday.
Police were called out to a home on North Winooksi Avenue where two people there told police they had been assaulted by Matis, who was tripping on drugs similar to LSD.
When police confronted the man, he tried to fight them so he was tased.
Police say Matis has multiple aggravated and simple assault charges and convictions.
He's currently being held on $10,000 bail.
