U.S. Border Patrol agents make an early morning apprehension at the Champlain Border Patrol station Tuesday.
A press release says U.S. Border Patrol Agents in Swanton, Vt. helped stop an illegal entry by a national from India into the country near Rouses Point, N.Y.
This happened around 4 a.m.
The subject was transported to the Border Patrol station for processing. The subject is in violation 8 USC 1325, entry without inspection.
The press release says the subject is currently in federal court proceedings.
