Man Charged With Aggravated Assault After Displaying Handgun at Jericho, VT Gas Station

JERICHO, Vt. -

A VT man is charged with aggravated assault after displaying a handgun at gas station in Jericho, Vt. Sunday.

Police say 35-year-old Travis Duval, of Jericho, Vt. and Taylor Josephson, 19, of Jericho, Vt., got into an argument over a parking space at the fuel pump at the Chittenden Mills Gas Station on Route 15.

During the argument Duval displayed a handgun. Police say later they discovered that the gun was a realistic looking BB gun.

Duval was later located and is due in court on Tuesday.
