The Fox44/ABC22 duopoly is looking for an anchor/reporter to join our team. We have designed an aggressive, fast-paced "Voice of the People" format and it takes a special person to sell it.
We produce 6.5 hours of high definition news each day during the week. We are looking for someone who can deliver the news of the day with excitement, and someone who loves crafting interesting stories.
You must be a good communicator who is capable of connecting with viewers. You must have excellent writing, reading, organizational and interpersonal skills. Also, you must have the ability to work under deadline pressure. During the week you may work as a VJ so you must be skilled in shooting video and non-linear editing.
The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to be a hands-on member of the community.
