HIGHGATE, Vt. -
Police responded to the Highgate Port of Entry on I-89 for a report of an unresponsive male Monday morning.
A press release says when troopers arrived, they found 18-year-old James Hunter, of Pennsylvania, to be intoxicated, but responsive.
After Hunter was cleared by medical personnel, police say he and 19-year-old William Burshaw, of Massachusetts, were issued diversion paperwork and released to a responsible party.
The men were with a charter bus from the Boston, Mass. area with approximately 50 people.
