U.S. Marshals arrested a man in Kansas accused of sexually assaulting a child in Vermont.
A press release says Aly Q. Tran, 45, was arrested Thursday in Holcomb, Kan. for aggravated sexual assault on a minor in Burlington, Vt. back in 2003.
The assault was reported to the Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations in 2010
U.S. Marshals say a warrant was issued for Tran's arrest on October 18, 2010.
Tran was lodged at the Finney County Jail in Garden City, Kan. and is expected to go before a Kansas judge on Friday.
