BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Singing Valentines will help support two Vermont non-profits.

According to a press release, for $50 your sweetheart will be visited at home, work, school, restaurant by a barbershop quartet. The quartet will serenade your loved one with a beautiful song, present a box of Lake Champlain Chocolates and a card.

"Although most men dread Valentine's Day, they shouldn't. We've been doing this for more than 15 years now, and we continue to get feedback that this was the most memorable Valentine's gift ever," said Neil Schell, president of Green Mountain Chorus. "We're also told it is a real bargain compared with more traditional gifts like roses or dinner."

The fundraiser contributes to two local non-profits, COTS and the Green Mountain Chorus. The press release says $5 from every Singing Valentine will go to help support COTS' shelters and services.

To order: Call (802)-505-9595 or visit www.greenmountainchorus.org.
