Vermont State Police say between 3 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. they responded to 80 motor vehicle accidents across the state.
Accidents consisted of slide-offs, to a crash, to a vehicle that broke down.
Vermont State Police Sgt. Garry Scott says traffic is moderate today and not many vehicles are on the roads for a typical Friday.
