ABBEVILLE, La. -

Police arrested a New York fugitive from justice Monday in Abbeville, La.

Police say 24-year-old Joseph C. Lugo, of DeKalb Junction, N.Y., was wanted on arrest warrants issued by the town of North Elba court for felony charges of 2nd degree grand larceny and 2nd degree criminal mischief.
