MONTPELIER, Vt. -

The Physician Assisted Suicide Bill got a 5-0 vote to come out of the Vermont Senate Health & Welfare committee Friday morning.

The bill will now move onto the Senate Judiciary Committee. Last year it was stalled in the committee and is expected to be voted down.

FOX44 and ABC22 reporter Nick Natario reports that no matter what decision comes out of the Senate Judiciary Committee the bill will come up for discussion on the Senate floor.

Action is expected to take place the week after next.

FOX44 and ABC22 will have reaction to the vote and what changes were made tonight on ABC22 at 6 & 7 and FOX44 at 10.
