BURLINGTON, Vt. -

According to the Associated Press, the Mennonite pastor involved in the same-sex custody dispute will remain jailed after he still refused to testify.

Last week a judge ordered 47-year-old Kenneth Miller to be held in jail for refusing to answer questions because of his religious beliefs.

He appeared in court Thursday to see if he changed his mind.

Back in August, FOX44 and ABC22 was there when Kenneth Miller, of Virginia, was convicted for his role in a Vermont-based civil union custody turned international kidnapping case.
