1.25.13 Snow Tally Update for BTV - FOX44 - Burlington / Plattsburgh News, Weather & Sports

Lots of talk about the temperatures lately, but we can't forget the precip, of course! A quick check of the snow tally in BTV to date shows us ahead of "schedule" (if you will...).

The snow tally so far this season is up to 43.6" (with light flakes falling as I type, probably won't amount to much, however). This total has us ahead of the average amount (to date) of 40.3" of snow. And here's music to the ears of snow lovers, we have nearly double the amount of snow to date than this time last year when we only had seen about 22" of snow.
