CONCORD, N.H. -
A judge granted a request removing Citgo from a lawsuit that accuses the oil company of failing to warn officials about a gas additive.
On Wednesday, with requests from both the state and Citgo, a judge let the company go from the lawsuit provided that both sides reach an agreement by February 15.
The state argues the gas additive contaminated wells.
While the oil companies say the state is inflating their contamination estimates.
Exxon-Mobil is the other company involved in the suit.
