Four People Arrested in St. Albans & Enosburg, Vt. Armed Robberies and Home Invasions

ST. ALBANS, Vt. -

Four people are accused of multiple armed robberies and home invasions in St. Albans and Enosburg, Vt. Thursday.

Police say 31-year-old Brandy Domina, 29-year-old Thomas Hughes, 21-year-old Brett Elliott and 21-year-old Randy Bard II were arrested for their roles in the armed robberies and home invasions at 12 James Circle, 237 St. Albans Street and 49 Huntington Street.

Domina is charged with two counts of accessory to assault and robbery, 2 counts of accessory to burglary, 1 count of burglary and 1 count of petit larceny. She is being held on $75,000 cash bail.

Hughes is charged with two counts of assault and robbery, 3 counts of burglary, and 1 count of petit larceny. He is being held on $75,000 cash bail.

Elliott is charged with two counts of accessory to assault and robbery, 2 counts accessory to burglary, and 1 count of petit larceny. Police say additional charges of possession of prescription narcotics and marijuana will be issued at a later time. He is being held on $35,000 cash bail.

Bard II is charged with two counts of accessory to assault and robbery and 2 counts of accessory to burglary.

A press release says St. Albans Police, Franklin and Grand Isle County Sheriff's Departments and the Vermont State Police assisted in the arrests.
