SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Police say a man who was three times the legal limit sideswiped a police cruiser in South Burlington, Vt.
The man, 21-year-old Peter Rumbough, rammed the cruiser which was stopped on the side of the road Saturday morning.
The officer wasn't injured.
Police say after hitting the cruiser he became lodged in a snowbank and then drove off.
Police eventually found him walking away from his damaged car.
