Just 50 people are without power Monday morning following a major wind storm in Vermont.
Vt.outages.com showed that number just after 8 a.m. The majority of outrages are in Addison County, while some are reported in Rutland, Bennington and Essex counties.
At the storm's peak on Friday, GMP reported just over 33,000 people without power. Wind gusts of up to 70 mph were reported in some areas. The National Weather Service in Burlington reported a gust of 125 mph at the summit of Mount Mansfield.
The storm brought down trees, utility lines and poles.
