RUTLAND, Vt. -
A Rutland, Vt., man has been sentenced to more than five years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography.
A federal judge on Tuesday also ordered 34-year-old Gerald A. Lamb on Tuesday to serve 10 years of supervised release following his prison term.
Federal prosecutors say law enforcement searched Lamb's home on March 1 and recovered hundreds of videos and still images depicting sexual abuse of young children.
Prosecutors say Lamb admitted to police that he collected child pornography.
