Vermont State Police arrested a New Hampshire man after he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old and gave her drugs and alcohol.
Police say 30-year-old Benjamin Labelle, of Lyme, N.H., was taken into custody last week in Enfield, N.H., where he worked.
He's charged with aggravated sexual assault and giving drugs and alcohol to a minor.
He's being held on $75,000 bail, pending extradition to Vermont where, police say, the crimes happened.
