One Vermont man is at it again, charged with stealing jewelry and rare coins.
26-year-old Ryan Jarvis, of Burlington, Vt., is charged with breaking into a friend's home and taking more than $1,000 worth of merchandise.
He was charged with the same thing last year.
He stole over $3,000 worth of items from a Zales Jewelry store in 2011.
