Santa dropped by the Fletcher Allen Children's Hospital Thursday for the 6th Annual Santa Drop.
A press release says a border patrol agent from the Customs and Border Protection in N.Y., flew in on an Air and Marine (OAM) helicopter dressed up as Santa.
Santa then greeted and handed out gifts to patients.
