ANCHORAGE, Alaska -
The FBI out of Anchorage, Alaska released some new details Monday night.
According to a press release, Israel Keyes admitted to robbing several banks and used the proceeds from the robberies to pay for his travel. He also used money he made as a private contractor.
The FBI also says he buried supplies around the country for his crimes.
One of the locations is Blakes Falls Reservoir in New York, where he buried weapons and other items to dispose of bodies.
Keyes also told investigators that prior to the Currier case, his victims' disappearances received little if any media coverage.
