PLAISTOW, N.H. -

A fugitive couple arrested at a Florida theme park are facing arraignment in New Hampshire on charges in the beating and burning of the woman's 3-year-old son.

Rockingham County Attorney Jim Reams says the couple are to be arraigned at Plaistow District Court on Monday.

Twenty-three-year-old Jessica Linscott and her boyfriend, 27-year-old Roland Dow, waived extradition on Friday, two days after they were arrested by federal marshals at Universal Studios in Orlando following two weeks on the run. They were jailed in New Hampshire on Saturday.

Dow is charged with first- and second-degree assault. He and Linscott face multiple charges of child endangerment for failing to protect and get medical attention for 3-year-old James, who remains hospitalized at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
