DUMMERSTON, Vt. -
Police arrested a man for excessive speeds on I-91 in the town of Dummerston, Vt. Friday afternoon.
Police say 27-year-old Ronald P. Sinnette, of Philadelphia, Pa., was traveling 107 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Sinnette was also charged with careless and negligent operation.
He is due in Windham District Court at the end of January.
