SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. -
We all know diapers are a necessity, but they're also expensive.
That's why from now until December 21, Dee Physical Therapy is having a diaper drive.
The diapers will help supply the Committee on Temporary Shelter or COTS for the entire year.
The organizer tells FOX44 and ABC22 what inspired him to do this.
"I have two children and at the time they were both young and in diapers and around the holidays we started realizing how much money we were spending on diapers," Jason Fitzgerald, Coordinator, said. "While I was on the run, I thought you know what could we do to enable people to have a little more money in their pocket."
More than 2,000 families in Vermont benefit from these donations.
