LOWELL, Vt. -
Green Mountain Power's Vice President says the final turbine was hooked up and running Tuesday night.
The 21 wind turbine project had a deadline by the end of 2012.
The project needed to be completed by then to receive federal tax credits amounting to $40 million.
That money will help lower the cost of power for its customers.
The turbines will continue to be tested for the next couple of weeks.
