Another Successful Year for Stuff-A-Truck in Barre!

BARRE, Vt. -

With another "Stuff A Truck" in the books, Central Vermont has come through again in a big way.

Today, an entire truck and a half filled with non perishable food was unloaded and sorted at the Salvation Army in Barre.

This was Froggy and Frank FM's 11th annual food drive.

It usually keeps the food shelf stocked for about 8 months.

Volunteers who came out today say helping people during the holiday' is the highlight of their year!

"With the economy the way that it's been, jobs are harder to find. For families, the cost of living is increasing, so we've definitely seen many new clients," Kimberly DeLong, Captain of the Salvation Army said.

This particular food shelf serves the entire Central Vermont area and they accept donations all year long.
