Lyndonville, Vt. has been added to the long list of towns that don't want one.
The Lyndon Planning Commission wants village trustees to adopt an ordinance to prohibit the facilities.
Last year, Vermont passed a law that authorizes up to 4 privately run facilities to dispense medical marijuana to chronically ill patients in the state.
So far, only 2 have been licensed, one in Burlington, Vt., the other in Waterbury, Vt.
