A Vermont man is accused of putting one of his children in a truck tool box.
Police say when Russell Johnson, of Bradford, Vt., picked up his 3 children this weekend, he put one of them in the tool box in his pickup truck. He was traveling from Bradford, Vt. to Springfield, Vt. which is nearly 40 miles.
Johnson has been charged with child cruelty and will appear in court in January.
