A man who's been flashing people around Williston, Vt. has struck again, this time in Winooski police say.
Just after 7 p.m. Thursday night, police say a man came up behind a woman. When she turned around he was exposed and touching himself.
Police tell us this is the fourth report of someone touching himself in public recently.
They are working on a composite sketch of the suspect and hope to circulate it today.
