Energizer Battery is closing its plant in St. Albans, Vt. The company just announced a restructuring plan.
The new plan is expected to save the company $200 million. Energizer plans to cut its workforce by roughly 10 percent or 15,000 employees across the country.
Several other facilities around the country are also closing and some will be consolidated.
