Vermont voters have overwhelmingly backed the re-election bid of President Barack Obama, giving him the state's three electoral votes.
At the polls in some Vermont communities on Tuesday, it was hard to find supporters of Republican Mitt Romney.
Many Vermont voters said they wanted to give Obama more time to complete the job he began four years ago.
Max Fortune of Moretown says that after four years of Obama, he knows where the country is headed. He called Romney an unknown.
