RUTLAND, Vt. -

Vermont State Police searching for a woman in a wheelchair who has missing since Sunday say she is likely headed to Missouri with a man.

Police say Jessica Flanders, 31, is likely with Benjamin Davis, 35, of Dixon, Mo.

Authorities say the two are in a relationship. But detectives say they have gotten mixed information about whether Flanders intended to go to Missouri with Davis or had planned to remain in Vermont until December.

Police say due to Flanders' limited mobility, medical needs, and mental status, there is concern for her welfare.

Davis owns a black Toyota Celica that does not appear to be registered. His last license plate was Missouri PJ1D1G.

Flanders was last seen at Kmart at the Diamond Run Mall in Rutland on Sunday afternoon.
