An 18-year-old Vermont man has been charged with driving at 107 mph on Interstate 89. The speed limit is 55 mph.
Alexander Seagroves was arrested in South Burlington early Wednesday. He was cited on excessive speed and alcohol violations.
A juvenile passenger with Seagroves also was cited on alcohol violations.
