A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit by the plant against the state over taxes.
Last year, the state legislature voted to tax the plant.
The plant's owner, Entergy, challenges the taxes, which they said increased the reactor's annual state tax from about $5 million to almost $13 million.
Many said that money replaced the amount the state got from the plant on waste storage agreements before Yankee's License expired.
