BURLINGTON, Vt. -
A UVM student has been charged with arson.
Police say 20-year-old Stanislas Stantchev was arrested Saturday.
They say he started a fire in the hallway of Wills Hall Friday.
120 students and staff were evacuated.
Fire crews put out the fire. There was minimal damage.
Stantchev is being held at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility.
