Hundreds of Vermonters will gather to protest wind development.
This is an ongoing issue in the state and has been the focus of many rallies.
21 Turbines just went up on Lowell Mountain.
The protesters are asking the Shumlin Administration and the Public Service Board to stop using mountains for these projects Friday.
They believe it harms the environment.
The protest starts at 11 a.m. outside the Pavilion Building in Montpelier, Vt.
