Following the near fatal accident some people who live on that Colchester Street want to see safety upgrades.
One of them, Daniel Jochman who testified in the Emma Vieira trial Tuesday.
He says a group of people from River Road want to see a speed bump and sidewalks added following last summer's accident.
Jochman says when he walks at night, he wears reflective clothing now.
Although there's only one light on the street, Jochman says, people would like to see the sidewalks and other changes added first.
