(AP) - Police in northwestern Vermont say they have solved a string of burglaries and recovered a large amount of jewelry.
Police are asking anyone who has been a victim of burglary over the last few months to check to see if any of their belongings have been recovered.
State Police investigators solved the burglaries in conjunction with police in Milton, Shelburne and Colchester.
The crimes were also reported in Underhill, Jericho, Westford, Milton, Colchester, Grand Isle, Charlotte and Georgia.
People who lost jewelry to burglars should call their local police department or the Williston State Police Barracks and speak with Senior Trooper Benjamin Katz.
