SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Police say the man who ran his truck through the Burlington International Airport fence last month, is back in the hospital.
Brent Rutledge, 39, of Winooski, Vt., was supposed to be arraigned on three charges from the incident Tuesday, but was a no show.
His arraignment was delayed because the incident put him in the hospital.
Police say Rutledge will be given a new court date when he is released.
