Governor Shumlin has set up an independent commission to review potential electric power projects in the state of Vermont.
That include wind projects.
Many have concerns about putting wind turbines on mountaintops.
The commission will look at the role of the public in these projects and the state approval process.
They will also consider whether the projects protect the state's lands.
