COVENTRY, Vt. -
Vermont State Police say the driver killed in a collision with a truck was a 16-year-old whose two passengers suffered minor injuries.
The car driven by Tyler Collins of Newport Center was seen speeding in Coventry on Monday night just before it collided with the truck.
Collins was not wearing a seat belt.
His passengers, also 16, suffered minor injuries.
The truck driver was not injured.
