The Vermont man who doesn't want President Obama on this November's ballots is pushing the issuer harder than ever.
H. Brook Paige is asking the state judge to stop distribution of election ballots unless the president's name is removed.
He believes Obama isn't a natural born citizen.
Paige's request may be too late. His request was filed Thursday.
Officials from the Vt. Secretary of State Office say they've started sending electronic copies of the ballots across the state.
